RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is that you never need to use this page. However, if you accept a parcel and later decide it’s not for you, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee.

1. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be Unused, Unwashed, and Unstitched.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all brand labels and tags attached.

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Scenarios:

  • Defective/Wrong Item: If we sent you the wrong color or a damaged piece, we will replace it for FREE. We will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse your shipping cost.

  • Change of Mind: If the product is perfect but you just want a different color or fabric, you can exchange it. In this case, you (the customer) are responsible for sending the parcel back to us.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any fabric that has been stitched, cut, or tailored.

  • Items bought during a "Clearance Sale" (unless defective).

4. How to Initiate a Return:

  1. WhatsApp us at [Your Phone Number] with your Order ID and a picture of the issue.

  2. Our team will approve the return request within 24 hours.

  3. Ship the parcel to our warehouse address (provided on WhatsApp).

  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your Refund (via JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Bank Transfer) or ship your Exchange suit immediately.
